Jack Hannington, Appliance World Online’s Head of E-Commerce said:
“the domestic electrical appliance sector is hugely competitive, and service has always been at the core of our business ethos and our choice of delivery partner is a key part of that.
“It is a policy which has continued to pay dividends. We have a market-leading Trustpilot rating and it is important that we maintain that.
“A big attraction for us was Panther’s reputation coupled with its ability to deliver to most postcodes next day. The ease of integration with our website, allowing our customers to select their preferred delivery date and providing accurate tracking, was also a major factor.
“As a business we have had a couple of exciting years, experiencing continued growth and launching on Amazon just over a year ago. Moving forward we see Panther as playing an integral role in our continued expansion and are looking forward to further developing the partnership.”
