  7. Supporting Statement
    1. The above information represents a consistent allocation of pay rates to both men and women throughout all quartiles.
    2. However, due to the significantly higher number of male workers in the Company, this has created pay gaps in certain areas.
    3. 20.3% of all employees in the Company were female, compared with 16.6% in the previous year.
    4. Although a pay gap still exists between male and female colleagues, the Company does recognise the importance of a diverse workforce and to achieve this, managers are encouraged to apply equal opportunity practices in all training, promotion and recruitment processes. It is recognised more female workers have been recruited or promoted in to senior roles in the year, than ever before.
    5. Change to bonus scheme brought in with the acquisition of Panther by parent company, because of this change it is not a like for like comparison year on year.
